The 7th Annual Ribfest and Craft Beer Show is set for another tasty weekend. Scheduled for Thursday July 10th 2008 to Sunday July 13th 2008. A great line up of Rib Teams and Craft Brewers will surely temp your taste buds.

The Rib Teams get fired up on Thursday July 12th and will keep cooking until Sunday July 13th - (11am - 11pm each day except Sunday 11am - 7pm). This year we welcome The Robert Simpson Brewery, The Great Lakes Brewery and Amsterdam Brewery as our Craft Beer Companies. The Craft Beer Show starts Friday July 11th and runs until Sunday July 13th (11am - 10pm, Sunday - noon - 6pm)

Special Events -

The Celebrity Cook Off - Thursday July 10th at 7pm: Come down and cheer on your favorite celebrity team from The City of Barrie, The County of Simcoe, Barrie Police, Barrie Fire, Barrie Paramedics and local media groups.The Rib Team judges will decide who has the best locall rib sauce!

People's Choice Award - Sunday July 13th at noon: This time it's the 'people's choice'. Come down and find out who has the best ribs and pulled pork at the show decided by a local judging panel of rib and pulled pork enthusiasts.
