The Rotary Club of Cobourg was pleased to host the first Northumberland Ribfest. Our 2007 event was a phenomenal success with more than 25,000 people attending. Thanks to everyone who attended. Your participation helped us to to help others at home and around the world.

	This event is a fundraiser to help the Rotary Club of Cobourg support worthy causes at home and abroad. A few of the contributions we have made in the past include:
	• $500,000 commitment to the Northumberland Hills Hospital • Ongoing development of Cobourg Heritage harbour • Literacy projects at home and abroad • Clean water projects • Polio eradication

Our August Ribfest weekend is one of three major fund raising activities the Club undertakes.
