Peru Gourmet Canadapresents the art of Peruvian cuisine and the Pisco cocktail to discerning palates at RESTOBAR PERU. For three days only RESTOBAR PERU will serve up authentic, sumptuous Peruvian creations including seafood ‘ceviche’ and a colourful array of fresh fruit and pisco cocktails including the classic Pisco Sour made with fresh Peruvian limes and garnished with amargo de Angostura. Food and drink menus will be designed and prepared by world-renowned guest chefs and bartenders from Peru. The menu will offer a selection of 4 appetizer dishes, 4 main courses and 4 desserts that represent iconic Peruvian dishes. In addition to an a la carte menu, a ceviche bar will offer guests a selection of different styles and preparations of this classic Peruvian dish.
RestoBar Peru kicks off the weekend of July 13-15 and continues monthly on the last weekend of each month from August to December. The Lounge @ 99 Sudbury, located between Toronto’s trendy Queen and King West neighbourhoods is the ideal setting for this fabulous series of “pop up” dining. Returning diners can indulge in the talents of a different celebrity chef each month.
