Festival Description: Located on the scenic lakefront of Twin Lakes Park, the Westmoreland Arts & Heritage Festival offers our visitors 220 crafters and artisans, over 40 ethnic foods, a children's activity area, a juried art exhibit, children and teen art and writing contests and much, much more. Also, live entertainment is featured continuously on four stages throughout the park. Strolling musicians and performers roam the park throughout each of the four days of the event.  Shuttle buses (including handicapped shuttle buses) run continuously from the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg to the Festival site and are recommended due to the limited parking in this rural area just outside of Greensburg, PA.
